Description:

The forming machine of AVM is universal and intended for production of cutlets of various form of weight and thickness (from 15 to 25 mm). The principle of operation of machines allows to form products of different types of raw materials (mincemeat, cottage cheese, fish forcemeat, vegetables).

Cars are equipped with the bunker for continuous giving of a filler that allows to increase productivity. Shovels, the cylinder and the lever of the scraper are supplied with mechanisms of fast separation that allows to replace quickly forming drum and facilitates procedure of cleaning and service.

High speed, silent, reliable, safe, compact and easy in service. Are intended for small and average food productions, supermarkets, hypermarkets, supermarkets, fast food restaurants, catering establishments.

Form of 100 mm. it is included in a set. The others can be ordered in addition.
